Greenfield modular manufacturing facility developed as a fully integrated production and workforce platform. Mod Squad supported the factory from programming and production planning through equipment strategy and implementation, including an on-site training center designed to prepare and develop a workforce of approximately 150 employees.

A first-of-its-kind modular manufacturing and workforce training facility developed with the City of Boulder, Boulder Valley School District, and Flatirons Habitat for Humanity. The factory combines affordable housing production with hands-on workforce development, giving students and community members real-world manufacturing experience and a pathway into the skilled trades.
